Technique Tips

Apply to the eyelid using the wand provided or Concealer Brush #019, then pat Colour Flash glitter on top using Brush L112. Or for something a little more daring, mix Glitz Fix with the Colour Flash glitter on a mixing palette and apply as an eyeliner using Brush #010.
